Air Fryer Chicken Thighs

  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 4 bone-in, skin on chicken thighs (about 2 1/4 lb.)
  • Olive oil cooking spray

Directions

  1. Combine the salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Sprinkle all over both sides of the chicken thighs.
  2. Spray the base of the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. Place the chicken thighs skin-side down. Cook for 18 minutes at 375°.
  3. Turn the chicken thighs skin side up and spray all over the top with non-stick cooking spray. Cook for 10 minutes at 400° until the skin is crispy and golden, and the interior temperature of the thighs is at least 160°.

If you want you can pair with mashed potato, any fruit and any veggie
