Air Fryer Chicken Thighs
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 4 bone-in, skin on chicken thighs (about 2 1/4 lb.)
- Olive oil cooking spray
Directions
- Combine the salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Sprinkle all over both sides of the chicken thighs.
- Spray the base of the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. Place the chicken thighs skin-side down. Cook for 18 minutes at 375°.
- Turn the chicken thighs skin side up and spray all over the top with non-stick cooking spray. Cook for 10 minutes at 400° until the skin is crispy and golden, and the interior temperature of the thighs is at least 160°.
